    Step 1:  Get It (60 min. Individual Coaching Call)

    • You share your goals and your time frame so we “get it” as much as you do.
    • We get to the bottom of why you want to hit it and how committed you are to doing it.
    • Create a plan and break it into action items using our proven Action Path System.

    Step 2:  Drill It (30 min. Individual Coaching Call)

    • Drill down and analyze each action item; breaking it down to daily and weekly activities.
    • You’ll create a 30-60-90 Strategic Action Path Tracker, a Weekly Focus Reporting Sheet and even a Daily Get It Done Sheet all to help stay on top of YOUR activities.

    Step 3:  Track It (Weekly/Daily Email)

    • Mondays- You submit your Weekly Focus Reporting Sheet for review.
    • Throughout the week – You submit progress emails for review and suggestions.

    Step 4:  Do It (15 min. Weekly Accountability Call)

    • Thursdays – Review your activity and progress.
    • Coach you through your roadblocks.
    • Get you rejuvenated for the following week’s activity.
    • We do it on Thursdays because it gives you one more day to kick-butt!

    Step 5:  Got It (60 min. 30-60-90 Review Call)

    • Review 5 weeks of activity and celebrate your awesomeness.
    • Tweak what is working and what is not.
