What the heck is ACE-25 all about?

The ACE - 25 (Activity Coaching for Excellence) is an exclusive 3 month coaching program. The philosophy is simple; daily focus on the right income producing activities quickly yields greater revenue production. Implementation of this high-intensity training also generates 7 additional benefits:

    ACE -25 covers a 3 month period of time, each month is considered a “cycle”. The following is a breakdown of what to expect during each 4-week cycle:

    Onboarding DayRequired only for newly accepted participants (90 min.)

    • Mutual expectations are explained and acknowledged
    • Motivation Style Assessment reviewed.
    • Steps in the client acquisition process identified and integrated into the new Activity Tracker
    • Weekly Focus Sheets explained.
    • 90 Day goal set
    • Check-in’s and 1-on-1 meeting times agreed upon and scheduled

    The 4-Week Cycle:

    Monday’s Phone Meeting (30 Min.)

    • Previous week’s activity/production numbers are posted, shared and reviewed.
    • Team (if more than one participant) discussion of what’s working and what’s not.
    • The week’s areas of activity focus are selected and verbally agreed upon.
    • Weekly Goals are set and noted on the Weekly Activity Template.
    • Weekly Focus Sheet submitted.
    • EOB – Activity Tracker is filled out and emailed to the ACE Coach.

    Tuesday’s Phone Check-in (10 Min.)

    • Previous day’s Activity Tracker is reviewed.
    • Quick strategy session.
    • Daily Activities goals set.
    • EOB – Activity Tracker is filled out and emailed to the ACE Coach.

    Wednesday’s Phone Check-in (10 Min.)

    • Previous day’s Activity Tracker is reviewed.
    • Quick strategy session.
    • Daily Activities goals set.
    • EOB – Activity Tracker is filled out and emailed to the ACE Coach.

    Thursday’s Phone Meeting – Weekly Progress Review (20 Min.)

    • Current week’s activity/production numbers are shared and reviewed.
    • Weekly focus sheet is reviewed to ensure the participant is on target for a successful week.
    • Strategy session and areas of focus/improvement suggested.
    • EOB – Activity Tracker is filled out and emailed to the ACE Coach.

    Friday’s End of Week Report-Out (For Regional Directors Only)

    • EOB – Entire Weekly Activity Tracker is filled out and emailed to the ACE Coach.
    • A copy is cc’d to the Sales Director.
    • Weekly progress notes are submitted by the ACE Coach to the Director via VM or Email.

    End of Cycle Review (60 Min.)

    • Monthly Activity / Production reviewed by ACE Coach and participant (Sales Director optional).
    • Written feedback on areas of excellence as well as development.
    • Strategy session and areas of focus for the next cycle are suggested.
    • Trajectory of success is determined.
  1. Case Study Results From Randstad USA Using ACE-25

    Company:  Randstad USA | Professional Staffing Industry

    Client: Mark Bernecker; Regional Managing Director; Richmond, Cincinnati & Nashville Offices

    Objective: Mark was short on resources and time and wanted to ramp up the production of a Staffing Consultant so he could move her into an Account Executive role in the shortest amount of time.

    Action: RefuseOrdinary responded by developing a customized version of our ACE-25 program. It was designed to create the fastest possible track to top quartile production. A phone and web based coaching system, this particular version had an emphasis on client production. The success of the program was due to combining high performance coaching techniques with daily accountability and measurable reporting.

    Results:  After 60 days of consistent one-on-one coaching, the participant displayed steady improvement and achieved 166% increase in overall production. With the help of this program she now has proven she possesses the production habits necessary to excel in the role of Account Executive. This program is currently being recommended to other major east coast offices.
